Sessions are for 50-minute blocks and are not extendable even if you arrive late. You will be given a code for the gate for your session.

You may only visit if you have booked ahead of time. Bookings may be made up to two months in advance

Payments are not refundable, but you may amend your booking free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the start of your booking

Out of consideration for other dog walkers, please do not arrive earlier than your allotted time and please leave promptly once your session has finished, leaving the gate closed behind you

Please ensure you pick up all dog poo and place in the bins provided. We take this very seriously and will be monitoring that this basic consideration is adhered to

Access to Phoebe’s Place is down a farm lane and a very short length of bridleway. You have permission to be on these for access to and from the meadow for your session, but not at other times. Please drive slowly down this lane

Parking is off road in the designated spot outside Phoebe’s Place or you may choose to park in the field if you prefer. Please make this choice with the weather and ground conditions in mind, we’d hate for you to get more than your paws muddy!

All dogs must bring an adult with them and never be left unattended. If, for any reason, your dog is not well please do not attend your session and cancel within 24 hours

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety of you and your dog, we do not accept any liability for injury to people or dogs, however caused

Most importantly of all, Phoebe hopes you will enjoy your visit as much as she does and stay safe and secure in her relaxed, country setting.
